Kantar Social TV Ratings launches in Peru
Earlier this month, Kantar IBOPE Media launched Kantar Social TV Ratings - a measurement tool that provides access to Social TV metrics on programs, broadcasts and channels, in Peru.
Kantar Social TV Ratings offers a real time view of conversations surrounding the most prevalent and engaging TV programmes across Twitter and Facebook and illustrates how these social media platforms amplify the power of Television. Kantar IBOPE Media clients in Peru will be able to use Kantar Social TV Ratings to analyse the relationship between social media and Television and will be able to track posts, likes, comments, shares, tweets and retweets relating to TV programmes. They will also be able to drill down at a granular level and view more specific demographics such as gender and age.

Kantar IBOPE Media will now be reporting the top 10 most talked about television programs in Peru, initially with data from Twitter and subsequently with the inclusion of data from Facebook. This leader board will be published on a weekly basis on the Kantar IBOPE Media site and will also be published on the Kantar Media Global site in due course.
Kantar Social TV Ratings is also available in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, UK, Spain, Philippines and Turkey.
