Kantar Media were proud to support the inaugural asi Asia Pacific TV Symposium this month, held at the InterContinental Singapore Hotel.
The event included discussion of a wide variety of topics, with a number of items on the agenda from Kantar Media clients and partners including Joe Nguyen from comScore who delivered a presentation entitled 'Understanding multi-platform, multi-device video consumption across Asia Pacific' considering some of the challenges of TV Measurement in the region.
During the symposium Kantar Media's Nick Burfitt (Global Director of Audience Targeting) considered the question "does social media amplify the power of TV?” in his paper, whilst Philip Jones (Regional Director) shared the foundations for a hybrid audience measurement system. We were pleased to host a cocktail party for our clients, partners and contacts in the region on the evening of the opening day of the Symposium.
