MRI audience data now in SRDS.com!

We’ve just added GfK Mediamark Research & Intelligence (MRI) audience data to almost 200 SRDS.com media listings!

MRI is an industry leader in measuring magazine audiences via its twice-yearly Survey of the American Consumer. This data is the currency in magazine planning and will enhance your ability to find, consider, understand and compare publications for your next media plan.

Specifically, we are integrating the following audience metrics from MRI for adults, men and women:

  • Audience (Circulation)
  • Readers Per Copy
  • Median Age
  • Median Household Income

To find the publications that now include this data, first sign in to SRDS.com and then select the Consumer Magazine Media database on the left side of the screen.

Next, under “Audit & Audience Data,” select the MRI filter that appears.

Check the box and a list of the consumer magazine titles with this data will display in your result set – 190 titles in all.

To access the data within a listing detail, click to the ‘Circulation & Audience’ tab. Please note that the name of this tab has been changed from ‘Circulation’ to ‘Circulation & Audience,’ only for listings with MRI data.

There are also several newspapers that will now have these vital audience metrics:

  • Chicago Tribune (Sunday data only)
  • Los Angeles Times (Sunday data only)
  • Metro-Puck Carrier Newspapers
  • New York Times (Daily and Sunday data)
  • Parade Carrier newspapers
  • USA Today
  • Wall Street Journal
  • Washington Post (Sunday data only)

MRI data will be updated twice a year.
