Search marketing insights for Brasilian market
Kantar Media announces a new partnership with IBOPE Media in order to expand IBOPE’s digital media coverage and enable IBOPE to offer advertising investment information for the main search engine sites on the Internet. As part of the agreement, IBOPE Media will aggregate search intelligence technology to its monitoring solutions from AdGooroo, a Kantar Media company.
This information will be available to the Brazilian market in the beginning in 2014 and the data will be incorporated in the regular advertising investment database accessed by IBOPE’s clients. “IBOPE Media is the first company in Brazil to offer search engine site monitoring which, combined with display formats already monitored, allow for a more thorough evaluation of digital media,” explains Rita Romero, Executive Director of Monitor Latin America. She also states that this as an important step for IBOPE Media towards increasing its digital format coverage.
AdGooroo currently measures search marketing data in more than 50 countries around the world. According to AdGooroo research, there were more than 144,000 advertisers investing in search marketing in Brazil from August 2012 to August 2013.
