Kantar Podcast: the key challenges facing Ireland’s advertising industry

Kantar recently partnered with the Sunday Business Post to run two roundtables with prominent industry leaders to discuss some of the key themes facing the media, comms and advertising industry today.

The themes were borne from our annual global study, DIMENSION, which presents our latest thinking on some of the biggest communication planning, buying and measurement issues faced by the industry.

For the first instalment of these roundtables, Sunday Business Post editor Richie Oakley was joined by a panel of experts to discuss, amongst other things, the challenges facing the advertising industry, the public perception of advertising and the health of the industry across print, television and online platforms.

The panel included:

  • Abi Moran: Chief executive of JWTFolk
  • Pat Kiely: Head of Virgin Media Television
