Kantar Media's Campaign Media Analysis Group (CMAG) noticed that trial lawyers were indeed quick to pounce. Mass tort advertising targeting Essure from January-March 2016 totaled $77K. The figure post-CNN report? It increased drastically to $674K. They must watch the same news we all do.
