Coupons Drive Advertising Impact

Across the larger CPG industry, digital coupons have joined Free Standing Insert (FSI) coupons as an important channel for brand growth, and their use has grown significantly as a result. In 2015, digitally distributed coupons grew 13.5% vs 2014, while total FSI Coupons were flat in 2015, up 0.2%. Despite the lack of page growth in FSI coupon activity, overall dollars circulated to consumers increased 3.7% to over 515 billion in 2015.
