With over 23 years’ experience in HR, Fulvia has worked in international, multicultural environments, creating and implementing global and regional HR strategies for the reality and culture of different countries.
As a human resources executive for regions such as Latin America, EMEA and North America, she has worked with a focus on talent management, talent acquisition, compensation and strategic performance, benefits, change management and service delivery.
During her career, Fulvia has worked in service companies, luxury retail, biotechnology, and research and market intelligence.
Fulvia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She also holds an MBA from Fundação Armando Alvares Penteado.
