Sofia Kouzinopoulos

Sofia is passionate about building high performing teams and developing talent. She joined Kantar Media in November 2024 from Vestiaire Collective – a fashion tech company – in which she led the teams through a period of growth into new global markets.  

Sofia has previously held senior international leadership roles at both Meta and RTL (Freemantle Media). Whilst at Meta she led the EMEA people teams through the company’s most significant period of scaling to date.   

Sofia has a degree in Human Resources Management from Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford and an Executive education certificate from Harvard Business School
