Statutory Reporting

Kantar acknowledges the significance of timely, accurate, and transparent reporting and is dedicated to fulfilling all statutory reporting obligations.

Section 172 is a part of the Companies Act 2006 which defines the duties that statutory appointed directors owe to a company. It includes a general duty to ‘promote the success of the company’ for the benefit of its members as a whole, this includes the interests of a diverse range of stakeholders impacted by the company’s activities – including shareholders, employees, clients, suppliers and local communities.

Statutory reporting requirements prescribe that qualifying companies (those without a small company exemption) must include these statements in their strategic report for each financial year and ensure that these statements are made publicly available
