Kantar Media has announced the appointment of Mike Walsh, CEO LexisNexis Legal & Professional, to their Board of Directors.
London, 20th February 2026 – Kantar Media has announced the appointment of Mike Walsh, CEO LexisNexis Legal & Professional, to their Board of Directors.

As the global CEO of LexisNexis, Mike Walsh brings over 30 years of experience, including leading the evolution of LexisNexis from providing legal research to delivering AI-powered analytics, decision tools and workflow solutions for customers. He was also recognized by the United Nations Foundation for his outstanding work in advancing the rule of law around the world.

Kantar Media was recently sold by Kantar Group and Bain Capital to H.I.G. Capital. The transaction concluded in August of this year, and this is the first, fully independent Board for the company. Mark Read, former CEO of WPP, was appointed as Chairman of the Board in November 2025.
